I went to my first Red Sox game in 1942. Since then I've experienced all the highs and all the lows of an ardent fan. My highest high was the seventh game win over the Yankees in the 2004 ALCS. My lowest low was the ground ball that went through Bill Buckner's legs. I've just written an ebook about my life as a Red Sox fan. Its title is At the Birth of the Nation. (I was in the bleachers for Fisk's home run in the 6th game of the 1975 WS. That's when The Nation was born.) I also write a blog to share my experiences as a fan and to help
