I'm 40 years old so I remember two things about the Sox and growing up in Boston as a kid. My first game my Dad took me to in 77' where Tiant was on the mound and the chant of "Loo-ie, Loo-ie" was forever burned in my brain. The second was the next year when Bucky Dent...well you know the rest. Sadly it wasn't my last time crying over the Sox. My grandmother however was the biggest Red Sox fan I have ever known and we would watch the games together, she would teach me how to score them, and when her eyesight began failing I'd do a little additional
